Privacy Policy

Last updated August 3, 2026

PsychMentalHealthis an independent educational resource. We try to collect as little information as possible, and we'll always be straightforward about what we do collect. This page explains it in plain language.

What we collect

When you use our contact form. We collect the information you choose to give us — your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. To help prevent spam and abuse, we also automatically record the IP address and browser information (user-agent) of the device used to submit the form.

When you simply read the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not collect any personal information. It only gives us anonymous, aggregate counts (like how many people viewed a page). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

How we use your information

  • To read and respond to messages you send us.
  • To keep the site secure and reduce spam.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which resources are most helpful.

We do notsell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where your information is stored

Our website and contact form run on Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Contact form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's storage, and access is restricted to the site's operator. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and keep our own records. You can ask us to delete your message at any time — just email us at the address below.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you've sent us, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@psychmentalhealth.com. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple to honor.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

A reminder about what this site is

PsychMentalHealthis not a healthcare provider, and the contact form is not a medical or crisis service. Please don't share sensitive health details you wouldn't want in an email. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
